Most mid to senior level positions require leadership skills. Potential employers/recruiters will want to see evidence of leadership or management skills on your resume.
Putting on your resume generic statements such as “I have strong management and leadership skills” is a bad idea at best, they are empty buzzwords, and at worst, they are a red flag regarding your judgment.

⭐Indicate the specific outcomes of this action with the business benefits that were achieved.
⭐You should focus your accomplishments on how you’ve already proven yourself as a leader if you’re applying for a leadership position. Use the past tense to show that it is already done.
⭐A senior-level resume should emphasize their ability to increase revenues, build a business, coordinate with stakeholders, manage a team, and acquire new talent or business.
⭐Instead of listing individual job duties or responsibilities, you should focus on high-level outcomes.
⭐Adding achievements to your resume should be relevant to the position you’re applying for since your resume is meant to show hiring managers what you are capable of.
Considering your resume is the first point of contact between you and an organization, make sure that it highlights your ability to lead and inspire others in a constructive and productive manner.
