2021 has been hard on many of us, with covid’s deadly wave and job losses, career stagnations etc.
As much as we are told to plan and strategize our career and the next move. It is also important to know that great and successful careers are rarely structured. Don’t just expect a standard linear climb, and don’t over-plan.
No one sets out in life to fail. But the reality is that far too many do fail.

?Remember acceptance is the key
The only thing that comes easy is quitting. It takes effort to succeed, and it is okay to fail and learn from your mistakes. Follow opportunities, take responsibility, and prioritize your personal growth – you never know where your big career wins will come from.
