BUILDING A RESUME THAT WILL APPEAL TO THE RECRUITERS

I have reviewed beyond 15,000 resumes in my past experience as an HR. I have screened & interviewed thousands of candidates, and have worked extensively in recruiting in companies, consulting firms, startups, and head hunted in internal environments.

Here are 4 steps to the whole job-seeking process, which people should know:

STEP 1 is identifying your end goal or target job in terms of timing, location, culture, compensation, role, etc. whatever is of prime importance and priority for you at your stage of life.

STEP 3 is sharpening & targeting while editing your career communication documents that include your Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn Profile.

STEP 4 is actually customizing and personalizing these documents to the target job role/industry you are applying to
