Essentially, it’s recruitment under one roof, as well as cost-effective against hiring that many humans to sort through thousands of applications.

1. Companies who use ATS should educate applicants on the resume formatting requirements in the job posting.

2. Make it easier to utilize, streamline the submission and remove duplicate information filling efforts.

3. Make periodic audits on rejected resumes to ensure applicable candidates are not accidentally screened out.

4.  Check and scrutinize ATS filtering parameters or job descriptions to ensure accuracy and flexibility.
