Truth be told, my greatest weakness is pizza, but that isn’t what the interviewer wants to hear. It’s a job or something nature-related that they look for.
Also, remember that this question is not intended to assess your actual weakness, but what you did to overcome it. For best results, use this formula:

For example:

You can use this formula to state a weakness, but it does not leave that weakness as a problem, but instead allows you to show how you overcame it. Employers look for problem-solvers, so answering this question well can leave a great impression.
Articulate and prepare for this answer in advance. It’s rather tricky but if you are able to tell your weakness by framing it positively, then it’s a win. Spinning this with a real-life story from your past experiences will add authenticity.
