Your resume should be structured so that it is simple to identify your qualifications. Here’s what to include in a nutshell:

👀 To get people’s attention and show credibility, use figures and awards.
👀 Highlight the key points to capture their attention within those 10 seconds.
👀 Include a cover letter with your resume to go over specific examples of fitment.
👀 Stick to the usual formatting and leave out any extraneous information so that the ATS can read it correctly.
👀 Double-check your work, then have someone else go through your resume to ensure it’s error-free.
👀 Keep your resume concise and to the point.
And finally, have faith in your abilities, recruiters will back up your claims through interviews, references, and background checks, hence don’t exaggerate or lie on your resume.
