?Diplomacy- Showcase it through incidents where you negotiated out of a tricky situation with professional relationships. Where you communicated with an intent to resolve a conflict or handle stressful situations with high emotional intelligence.

?Confidence- Showcase it by using confident & strong language. People shouldn’t just believe in what you’ve written, they should believe that you believe what you’ve written.

?Clarity- Showcase it through situations where you have resolved issues with your intervention of clarifying situations and resolving tough situations. That you are capable of being clear and concise in a business environment.
