From the various résumé writing tips you have seen, this may seem too obvious, but it’s worth mentioning:
?️Use a professional email address and ditch the casual one you made in school

?️Ensure your contact details are minimal and on top of the resume.

❌Ph no 1, ph no 2, email, full address with house number, missing LinkedIn profile link
?️Section headings should be simple language

?️Use the same and simple font throughout, and use different sizes (12 & 10) for heading and paragraph, be consistent in bullet pointers usage.
?️Use reverse chronological order, ensure that any use of columns should read from left to right, that’s how our brains are wired for easy skimming.
?️Make strategic use of bold, caps, and italics as per the job description you are targeting.
