?People use various MS Word versions and that can result in altering the format, fonts, and layout of your resume. You’ve worked hard to make sure your resume looks good, and you shouldn’t risk messing that up.
?It’s also easier to share in PDF, recruiters and hiring managers do not need to have Office installed to view it both on laptop/desktop or on mobile phones.
?It looks the same whether it is read on a Macbook or on Windows. A wide range of programs can be used to open and view PDF files.
